2005 9-5 is surging at start up it and cuts out several times before it will catch. it keeps surging till it gets warmed up.

We found two vacuum hoses in very poor condition. Replaced both hoses and cleaned up the turbo throttle. Much better now. But is surging when A/C is turned on.
