97 Subaru legacy outback

My 1997 Subaru legacy outback stopped while i was
driving. My oil was bone dry i put two quarts in and it acted
like it wanted to start was just missing that little spark. As i
was getting pulled/towed my car lights and inside lights
dimmed so bad i couldn't even see them. Does anyone
have a clue or could steer me in the right direction?

A mechanic can inspect it but at the age of your car I would probably send it straight to the scrap yard.
