When I turn off my C6 it locks up dome light goes out. But the dome light stays on a very low dim,is that normal ? I don't know just bought the car.

If a prior owner changed to LED dome lights, the current draw is too low to trip the time-out switch, so they stay on. Very low draw.

Also, try pushing the dimmer button to see if that turns them off. You may have accidentally pushed the button, which will turn them on.
