speedometer needle is jumping

Hi Guys need a help what i can do to fix this needle jumping.
when i slap (gently LOL) the top of dashboard show me the correct speed...

thank you mister tennisshoes... so i will need then to take a mechanic.. or do you think how crazy i can be do my self and not loose any screws in that process...LOL is there any manual that you can refer to me?? (not for dummies!! :) )
