when battery was replaced it looks like odometer jumped from 130K to over 206K.  Any ideas on cause and how to get those miles back

I would try disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery.

is there a setting to change the reading between miles and kilometers?

Thanks Mark. That is more than likely it. It did not even cross my mind. That makes sense when my temps for heater and AC and outside temp are now in Celsius. I tried looking in the manual to switch back to Fahrenheit but could locate it in manual. Would you know how to do this?

You are welcome. Can you click my answer as "helpful" please. The manual should have instructions for switching to US Imperial from Metric. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with your make and model of vehicle.

Change it back by holding the odometer button until it changes.
