Price my 2004 Acura Rsx Type S?

Need to sell, moving out of country in 12
months. So I have time to put for
bid/negotiate etc.

History: bought it new in 2004. 1st owner. No
accidents. ALL maintenance records in hand.
Clean carfax in hand dated 8/2019.

Condition: 20K MILES. Passes smog. Pearl
white oem paint. Garaged 99% of the year. I
drive it 10 miles a week to stretch its legs
then right back in the garage. no scratches,
no oxidation, no swirl marks, no shopping
cart dings, not even yellow headlights. Orig
tires and wheels Smells great :)  washed and
waxed 3x /yr.

Mods (I know doesnt mean anything but i
will mention anyway):
AEM intake
Eibach lowering springs
Custom Exhaust head to tail (done
professionally no check engine light)
A pillar gauge cluster.
All Done by the same clean reputable shop
with ALL papers in hand.

Fun fact: I was flagged down by a Japanese
man on the vegas strip who told me " your
car numba 1!" And then another time a man
told me @ a stoplight " you have the cleanest
RSX yooooo!"
