04 Acura rsx type s

I have this 04 rsx type s and it needed a lot of stuff done
like fuel pump with filters, injectors, sparks and even the cat
and a universal o2 sensor and it's still giving me a p0302
for misfire  and a cylinder 4 I dont know what else it could
be would you happen to have some insight on what
possibly is wrong like a compression test or a leak down
test?

Did you buy the car with this issue ? RSX is very easy to "over-rev" causing piston to valve damage. When this happens you end up with a misfire. Do a compression test, that's the 1st thing I did when I had a rough running RSX come in for repairs.

After the test pore some oil,just a cap full in the cylinder. Re-test each one and see the #'s. This will tell you if it's valves or rings. Where did you get the injectors? I got some rebuilds and two were bad. Dude made it right and the car ran great. I also had new cat and o2's but NOT generic. Still it's one cyl. so focus on that.
