A weird some is coming from my engine. It's loudest when the truck is running idol. My park lights and interior lights dim in and out. My radio lights do the same. Different warning signs are popping up on my CID screen.

Take the serpentine belt off and briefly start the engine to see if the noise stops. If the noise stops then that tells you something that the belt runs is causing the problem. Do not run the engine more than a minute or 2 with the belt(s) off.
