2006 Range Rover

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi - just bought a 2006 Range Rover with 172,235 miles on it. Serviced by
the same 2 mechanics since it was bought new. Great history. I am a little
freaked out by the posts of very expensive repair costs as I am a teacher.
What do I have coming my way in this area? Mechanic said everything was
done by previous owner and doesn't need a thing for 75,000 miles except
for twice a year service. Ideas? Thanks!

You shouldn't really have no problem with the car as long as you don't drive like a maniac and maintain it like a baby. Of course, lets be honest, it will have its little problems from time to time since it's a car with 172k miles on it. But as I said, as long as you maintain it and treat it like a baby you should be good. The price depends. If you for example have to do an engine repair than of course it will be expensive but little things such a side mirror change, etc, shouldn't be expensive.
