2006 Hummer H3 looking to go up in tire size to 315/75/16 from 285/75/16. Will I need to mod anything or will these 315 tires fit on the stock rims, will there be any rubbing?

2006 Hummer H3 looking to go up in tire size to 315/75/16 from 285/75/16.  Will I need to mod anything or will these 315 tires fit on the stock rims, will there be any rubbing?

285/75-16 is 32.83 inches diameter. The 315/75-16 is 34.6" diameter. 1.77" bigger..rub? Hard to say and your speedometer reading 65mph will be a true speed 68.51mph
