Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 5 speed H3 3.5L is sputtering when i accelerate.I had a oil leak into where the first ignition coil due to the valve cover bolts coming loose.i thought the ignition coil went bad due to it getting covered with oil, so i bought one and it's still doing the same thing(Also tightened valve cover bolts and no more leaking oil). Also cleaned my MAF and throttle body with the maf and throttle body cleaners, still sputtering.i notice when i'm on the highway it really doesnt do it,runs pretty normal.Forgot to add that their are no check engine lights.
