4 of my clynder are at 140 and 4 at 40 psi, i was experience hard start after fulling up gas and over heat after radiator leak

my engine wont start   a few day after servicing, i took it to service when it
over heat , and i was also  having hard start after fulling gas.

140 is borderline, and 40 is bad. Try redoing the compression test, this time add 1-2 teaspoons of oil to the cylinder. It will help you determine is the blame for low compression are the piston rings or in the head. All the compression readings should be within 15% of each other. Obviously you have something wrong in your motor.
