drain plug leaking 2007 kia rondo?

had the 2nd oil change. now it keeps dripping oil from the drain plug. took it back they replaced the drain plug casket with a reubber one. after a couple of days it is leaking again? could they have stripped the drain plug and messed up the threads on the pan?

Quite possible that they stripped the threads or if they used an impact wrench, possibly slightly dented the pan, causing oil to leak out past the gasket. Lean on the dealership about this one, it should be covered under your bumper-to-bumper warranty if the pan is leaking like that, no matter whose fault it is.
