Check light on after repairs

I changed my airflow sensor and my 3rd
cylinder ignition coil on my 2007 Lincoln  Mkz
and the engine light is still on

Read the trouble codes. Maybe you did not get everything. You can also clear the codes and see what reappears.

Thanks for the reply once I changed the the flow sensor changed the mechanic told me it was a misfire in cylinder 3 It was flashing once i changed it the light stopped blinking but it stayed now wen it drives the gears so like they are havin trouble shifting
