how do you remove a clock from a 2007 towncar

the wood looking panel(which looks like it has to be removed to get to clock), is one piece going from glove box edge across dash to drivers side. are u sure your pic is correct? 2007 signature limited. .thank you

The bulb is Ford part# YF3Z-13B765-A and is about $20.
