vibrational low speeds and lower gears

2007 Tacoma with manual transmission.  I'm getting a vibration in the lower
gears most notably at lower speeds <25 mph. What could be wrong?

Could be anything in the drive train , universal joints , pilot bearing , worn clutch , beat up pressure plate , there may be a yoke bearing . Put it in neutral at 20 mph see what happens , push in the clutch coasting at 20 .
