My starter went out

Why won't my car start  I replaced the battery  
terminal still won't crank

The battery terminal is not the only component in the starting system. The battery could be low. You may have a bad battery terminal connection or bad ground. It could be the starter. It could also be as simple ad a neutral safety switch. You need to do a systematic check of these items to determine the trouble.
