Specifically, where is the mileage info stored, in the PCM on the vehicle or in the Instrument Cluster? I want to made sure the odometer on the replacement displays the actual mileage on my car (102,300).

Thank you. That's good info. I removed my cluster per a YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0rKA2M2UsY and removed the clear plastic "lens" which allowed me to remove and reinstall my needles on "0" (zero). Then I performed a cluster calibration test (per YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEVPjVpYp8I) and the speedo and tach worked perfectly! I'm walking about 6 feet off the ground now. I praise God for answering my prayer(s) and showing me how to get my gauges to read accurately without spending an exorbitant amount of money. Cost = $0.00 and 1 hour personal labor! :)
