Yes on pressure and yes on alignment. On the suspension question- shouldn't I have experienced when the winter tires were on?

First the new tread WILL feel "funny" until it settles in, think "break-in period" . Also you will feel the difference between old and new tires due to different type of construction- softer side walls, harder side walls etc. About the time you get used to the feel tires should have settled in. OR unusual but a possibility, is tire age -even though new the tire may be older ( manufactured date) than you might think.
