Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2007 Honda Accord
My alarm has started going off when the
key is in the ignition and I leave the doors
open.
This is the first time this happened and I
don't know what it could be.

I will hazard a guess that you still have the original batteries in your key fobs. If so, the first thing you should do is replace the batteries with new ones. The newer fobs seem to make the alarm do strange things when the batteries go weak. So you should start with this and see if the problem clears up.
