I cant get a seller to respond to my request to purchase his car

I have been trying to contack a privete sell to purchase his car for over a week
by email  He doesnt every respond.  what should I do next

Move on. Apparently they sold the vehicle or aren't interested in selling it. Hope that helps! Jim
