have you checked the level? red weeping at the tranny coolant lines goin' to the radiator?
We have the same situation. I own 2002 then 2003 Honda Accord. The transmissions were replaced under the warranty. D light on the dashboard is flash, it means the tranny is defective. 2003 now has 108K mileages. I believe that tranny was made in USA, possible human error. I own 92 Acura Integra, tranny was still good running in 10 years, made in Japan.
