Everyone with a Jeep would be able to cash in on the law suit settlement. There is no need to sign up.
Class action suit for an 11 year old car is an interesting idea.
108,000 miles and cvt is damaged Very good car But Impossible to fix cvt with trans cooler still will drag engine and burn Petro IDK bout lawsuit But dealership are very well informed yet still sell this Jeep that cant maintain highway speeds without burning everything 4x4 will also test up trans Solution 99% of driving street or city not meant for off road or long highway trip See Jeep /(model) questions via- class action lawsuits
My 2011 Jeep Patriot also had transmission issues 106000 miles my CVT transmission went after taking it to Chrysler they said that they knew and it is a common problem. I asked them what they were going to do about it they said nothing and told me the price of fixing so my car that I almost had paid off cost me almost $5,000 to repair for it to do the same thing later down the road not good business
My 2016 with 60,000 miles is doing the same thing

2013 patriot. Had to replace the cvt transmission twice. The first one they put in was junk so now we’re on our 3rd at 102,000 miles.

110000 miles cvt went out. Had since brand new. I sure wish I knew that cvt transmissions were bad I would of serviced it every 30000 miles this sucks.
