This codes is letting you know that the TCM, transmission control module has detected a short to voltage on the 1-2 solenoid for more than 4 seconds. The TCM will then command maximum line pressure and freeze the adaptive functions of the transmission. I recommend taking the vehicle to a trusted repair facility and verifying that replacement of the solenoid(s) will correct your problem. Do not continue to drive the vehicle as you may cause further damage to the transmission. Good luck, hope this helps.
