Dodge avenger 2008 won't crank. Replaced
the battery and starter. Still nothing. I can
use starter fluid...cranks up. Ignition alone,
nothing. Is it the starter relay fuse,
antithetical system, or WHAT? Out of
options.

with your lack of knowledge you never had any options , Problems need to be diagnosed , things need to be tested .
