I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger

My car is turning over but it won't crank

Turning over and cranking is the same thing. Assuming u meant cranks but doesn't start or run. Spray quick start inthe throttle body and see if it starts for a bit. If it does, check fuel pressure at the rail and trace back to fuel relay or fuel pump or bad crank sensor. If still doesn't start with quick start, check for spark.
