Escape 2008 spare tire

Need to know if I can fit a full size tire in place of the original compact spare,
mine blew off instorage and can not by one anywhere, not even at the tire mfg.
Hankook or Ford dealers, they only show you the rim which I got.

Check your local salvage yards. Any escape spare will work. By blew off, do you mean the support under the rear of the vehicle rusted off? You can buy the cable support too at the salvage yard too.
