Had a dead battery. Jumpstart in
and dash read engine power
reduction. How to fix.

Is your battery in good condition? Have it load tested to make sure. After that scan the car for trouble codes. Something may have failed during the jump start if it wasn't done properly. Don't start spending money on parts until you actually find the problem.
