I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt front end roar

I had all 4 tires changed last September and then this June I started having
a roaring noise in the front end of it.  It sounds like an airplane getting ready
to take off but never leaves.  I've had the tires rotated and that didn't help.  
The noise starts at about 20 mile per hour and never gets any worse but
never any better until I stop.  It's very loud.  When I turn corners the noise
never changes either.  I can feel the transmission changing gears so I know
that it's not slipping.  Anyone have any ideas why the noise?

Yup, front wheel bearings. If its in the budget, and if they haven't already been done, do the front axle shafts at the same time. Make sure they use good quality American made wheel bearings so you don't end up doing it again in a year or so.

Mine done the same. I thought it was because of the new tires and alignment.. I still have not figure out what it may be.
