Cranking trouble and loosing power while driving

2007 Chevy cobalt when I turn the key it just
keeps turning over but doesn't usually crank
the first time. I cut it back off try again an it
cranks . Also loosing power when going up
hill an when taking off. Please help it's my
mom's car she's elderly an disabled an I
have stage 4 terminal cancer at 37 yrs old
..so I don't have the funds to help with .

There are many factors that will lead to the symptoms you described Misty. I would start with a tuneup. Good luck :-)

Having same problem with 2000 Bonneville dear, wish you luck with your problem, will be watching for your answers and will let you know if I find an answer to mine, maybe it will help you.
