Cooling fan

I have a 2007 Chevy cbalt and the cooling fan wont
turn on. I changed the fuses, coolant temperature
sensor and the cooling fan its self but still nothing.
Any idea of what might be wrong?

radiator fan controlled by ECM. when temp go over determined value, ECM provide ground to fan circuit. Some system have 2 temp sensors. One for driver information and one for ECM to control rad. fan. make sure you change ECM temp sensor. Also possible open power or ground circuit to rad. fan.Check if wires are OK
