Allow popping sound after replacing my strut

After I replace my front end struts my car seems
to make a pop sound every time I'm turning or hit
bumps special on dirt road it's really bad I
tightened every bolt down I've took the car is off
and rechecked it I don't understand what the
problem is

Check for worn out torsion bar end links, worn out lower control arm bushings, worn out intermediate shaft in the steering column, and the axle half shafts. Those are all parts that wear out on these cars and could possibly make some noise. Also did you change the bearings at the top of the struts? All things to consider.
