Why won't my 2007 Chrysler aspen take any fuel?

How can I get it open? Do I have to drop the tank?

Ok, so if I just pop the canister off and I can dump fuel in then that should tell me that is the problem? I mean if the canister is off it should release the vapor pressure...right?
