If you know the bulb specs or have the bulb in hand, you can try Radio Shack. They may be able to match it. Bulbs are standardized by their size, length, volts, filament, base, etc.

I tried them and countless other places. They tried to tell me it doesn't exist, the cluster is all made together or the bulb is pig tailed into the harness which is bull, I've had it in my hands. I just called a local dealer here (should have at the the first) and had them order two of them, $14.09 a piece. So if this comes up again don't let anyone snowball you they do make them but after 2007 they are build into the cluster and you have to replace the entire cluster. Thanks for your help.

Why was it I stayed away from Ford and bought a foreign car instead years ago? oh yeah now I remember, FixOrRepairDaily . After going to my local Ford dealer and having them order a socket and bulb to replace the bright light indicator (no one seems to know what high beam means) they ordered the wrong parts, then after having almost everyone in the repair dept. searching for what I need no one could come up with it. I said I find it truly amazing that something as simple as a bulb and socket for the cluster LIKE THE OTHERS THAT ARE IN THE CLUSTER NOW is seemingly impossible to find. So after searching for two weeks I go to Ford online. they tried to sell me a high beam headlight lamp, I could not make them understand that wasn't what I needed or wanted and gave up. But thankfully I found two great guys on ebay who actually knew what I was talking about, one guy sold me 10 bulbs and sockets for $6.00 , the other just shipped me a socket and bulb at no cost. So I made the mistake of thinking well maybe this ordeal is almost over, hell no. I drove it tonight and now the temp. gauge light is out, so before I can even fix one another one goes out. I've got a feeling me and this Escape will not get to know one another very well, that takes time and I'm not willing to waste it.
