why wont my truck start and there are no dashlights, no turn signals, nothing.

I got hit in the rearend almost 2 months ago. Took it in to be fixed. All they had to do is
replace the bumper. They call me and ask if I have a spare key. Said the truck won't
start. Take in spare, they come out and say the battery cables were a little coroded.
Cleaned them and truck started. I go to leave and I have no dash lights, no turn signals,
nothing. Take it back in and they come out and say its not starting again. Had me leave
it. Won't really tell me what is wrong. Just keep insisting it was nothing they did. My
truck was just fine before I took it there. Never have had any problems at all.

If not turning over at all it's probably a combination of loose/corroded battery connections and a low charge on the battery. I would double check the connections and also fully charge the battery. If they had the doors open when working on the truck the battery is probably not at its peak performance level.

Having same trouble on 2007 ford expedition battery new and old one was good cleaned all grounds,removed command start, checked all pins in c146 plug good power there, code on scan tool say that loss of communication to dash or cluster,no lights in cluster besides security flashing also scan tool says theft detected and enabled. Been looking online for an answer to this issue truck came in for starter changed that out it started ounce then dead. Before anyone says it's the starter I retraced. My steps can make it roll over not starter or cables or battery is this my dash I know all PATS are controlled from there can anyone help?
