Ive replaced the starter on 2007 ford focus 2 times
an its happening again. What could be causing this

Without any other description on what the starter does for you to be replacing it several times, I would hope there is a warranty that they are just replacing the starter for you, Possible bad starters.

It does seem as though the fly wheel could possibly have tooth missing or wasnt lined up right. Theres too many possibilities

How about taking somewhere that specialize in starters and see what they say? I can only offer advise on what I read here, tho wish I could be there to look at it for you.
