2006 Audi A4 Quattro - Where is the 3rd seat buckle?

Bought a used 2006 A4 Quattro.  It's running fine, but I can't find the 3rd seat
buckle to insert the seat belt into.  There are only 2 in the rear.  Rear seats have
three seat belts, but only 2 buckles to insert them into.  Can't see to find a 3rd.  Is
this normal?  Could one be hidden (I felt inside/underneath and couldn't find one).  
Maybe the previous owner removed it?  Thank you!

Maybe the previous owner removed it? I aslo think so. what you what to do next? take it to the shop to repair?
