2007 honda civic heat stopped working out of the blue

Asked by Michelle Dec 13, 2013 at 09:18 AM about the 2007 Honda Civic 4 Dr Si

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have never had a problem with the heart before and it worked in the morning, I went into work and 8 hrs later came out and now it doesn't work.  cars running at a normal level, nothing different about it other than the heat not working.  someone felt some tubes under the hood and said they were hot and I checked the anti freeze level in both the reserve and the radiator. is this anything I can fix myself? just got a flat so I have to get new tires before I can pay a mechanic to fix this issue.

well you definitely have an odd issue.. it doesn't over heat at all, and runs at perfect operating temperature? not running too cold?
