Does it crank? Do you have spark? Fuel pressure? If no pressure, do you hear the fuel pump? Did you check the fuel trip sensor in the rear of the car?
My first suspects would be the valve timing and/or the ignition timing are not set correctly. Do a compression test to see if the valve timing is correct. If all cylinders test very low or zero it's not. If you have good compression, 150 PSI or more, check the ignition timing with a timing light while you or a helper cranks the engine. If the ignition timing is not correct, slowly turn the distributor, while cranking the engine, in one direction or the other, until the engine starts. Make sure the air cleaner assembly is secured to the engine while doing this as the engine may backfire out the intake and cause a fireball. The air cleaner assembly is a flame arrestor. Hope that helps! Jim
