brakes

i put a new booster and remaned mastercylinder on as well as a new
proportioning valve /distrabution block  and new slider pins on the front
calipers.have blead brakes many times but brakes wont lockup tires and
acts like booster isnot working but test of it shows it is. if you drive car fluid
pushes out the top of master cylinder.could the master be bad or an
obstruction in proporioning valve .getting clean fluid out all bleeders but
they dont seem to have much pressure after pumping up brakes.

If there is no rust on your classic, it is a valuable car (relatively speaking)- go first class and get NEW everything (not reman) after this commitment, go ahead and replace everything- calipers, brake lines etc. etc.- anything done halfway on a fifty year old car will make it almost impossible to make it operative- unless a person just gets lucky- and really, a sixties American car will barely stop itself, anyway- maybe look into custom, upgraded brake systems?
