If the stop was long enogh it would stop. I have changed the EGR valve, the IAC valve and the fuel regulator. Also I have replaced all of the hoses that go to the upper intake and the upper intake gasket. I just cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor spray cleaner and now the the check enging light is on and it hesitates when I drive. but the rpms are steady as to where before they were all over the band. any Ideas 4 Answers

I have a 2001 3.8 L mustang, it sat for about a year tried to start fuel pump out, ran great previously. Replaced fuel pump motor only, cleaned tank changed fuel filter and it ran great for about 60 miles. All of a sudden running rough misfires, knocks rough idle. Replaced all plugs, coil pack, EGR and 2 injectors (3-4)which showed misfire on diagnostic. First start idles great feels smooth after 15 minutes same conditions occur, sooner when driving.
