I have a 1969 ford mustang in poor condition
but how much am i looking at to fix and
restore it so i could get it running

Hard to say. A national champion show car could cost well over a hundred grand. You could do a passable job for a driver quality car for 30 to 50 grand but since I can't see the car this is only a guess and it assumes it is not a rust bucket.
