1969 Ford Mustang - Starts & Runs but Stalls after heating up
I own a classic 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1. It has the original 351W motor
with a 302 cam. We also switched to an Edelbrock carb after having
trouble with the original carb. It has been a mechanically solid car for
years. Brought it into a body shop to take care of some paint issues, and
all the sudden I am having mechanical troubles. The car starts and runs
fine, but after it heats up, it stalls. Power is still on, but the engine just
dies. It will then not fire back up. It turns over, but doesn't run. I'm
wondering if it is a carburator issue, ie stuck float or gas/air mixture trouble.
Any ideas on how to diagnose and fix?
