How come I cannot post my classic car? Vin error message

This site is not really set up for vintage cars like yours. If your listing for sale I would try some of the classic mustang forums, BAT ( bring a trailer ), or even hemmings motor news. Good luck with the sale.

If another person has posted the same car on Cargurus with the same VIN, Cargurus will reject your post, as the VIN has already been used. Instead of controlling their technology & deleting the old ad from the other account, they push it back on you to contact the previous owner & have them remove the VIN from their account. It gets better... Cargurus wont supply you that persons name or contact info. Are you laughing yet? Basically, if the car has been posted here before... & that user is irresonsioble & leaves it in their garage... Cargurus system & the minions they hire cant figure out a way for a 2nd or 3rd owner to post. It's literally comical. Call them, find out. Further...they'll delete & censor this comment because it's 100% true & they are too fragile & delicate to handle criticism.
