burning oil and not leaking oil on my plugs

i was told it could be some kind of tube or something that would be putting oil in there

check for external oil leaks...they must be close to the exhaust because you can smell the oil burning

well autozone said it could be the piston rings or the valves or some kinda tube that would allow oil to get on the spark plugs

If you can, pull out the spark plugs. If they are black and oily then you are burning oil, if they are a dry brownish - tan (or possibly grey) color then you are not burning oil and the oil is leaking somewhere else.

I have a 73 fastback , 351C 4 brrl "Q" code, and its burning oil, there is no leak and it will burn topped up engine oil in a day or a couple days of daily driving..i don't see any smoke and im not really smelling anything its rebuild engine, I got with only 500 miles used...im freaking out.. I need help please, I just paid 28k on this..???
