2003 v6 Toyota Camry want accelerate over 30 mph changed throttle body don't help what can I do

It could be a plugged catalytic converter, or even the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pressure regulator can be tested, and the cat would need to be checked at a shop also.

Just changed throttle body on 2003 v6 Le Camry how long dose it take before computer recognizes it? I was told I had to drive it 56 miles before it catches up

It should be good to go now. It would be the computer that needs to be caught up if the power was disconnected.

Im pretty sure throttle bodys correlate with the pedal. If you replace the throttle body you should replace the pedal and sensor at the same time..
