low oil pressure on 2005 ford explorer

my 2005 ford explorer had the Avital keyless entry disconnected to reprogram
key and now it starts but shuts down right away, also when I try to give it gas
when it starts the gas pedal does not respond.

Who disconnected the keyless entry and tried to reprogram to ECU? The computer is programmed to recognize the key and not the other way around.
