Battery died then recharged after recharged I do not get any crank battery shows 13.6 volts

Battery shows 13.6 volts with key in the crank position? Some makes and models, if battery voltage is lost, there may be some systems that won't work correctly. It could effect your anti-theft/security system. I haven't looked at your starter wiring diagram to see if anti-theft effects your starter motor. Different makes and models, I can usually get the starter motor to crank, but, that doesn't mean it will start. If anti-theft is involved, it won't start, even if you get it to crank. I usually try to encourage people to use a memory saver or battery charger when removing battery so system won't lose memory. Any testing at starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. I can't rule out other possible issues.

Just because the battery has voltage, doesn't mean it has the required amperage to spin the motor. Remove the battery and have it tested at an auto parts store. Winter is the time when most batteries are toasted.
