No crank no start security light blinks eratically after i changed the battery

I tried turning the key back and forth 8 times in ten
seconds until i hear the doors lock then pushed the
buttons on both fobs the slows down. Then i try
and start it and nothing. Then i turn the key back to
the off position then try and start it again and the
light blinks like crazy again
