no start no crank 04 explorer odometer is showing correct security light is flashing

the security light flashing is the truck trying to not be stolen. not that you are stealing it but it thinks so. do you have another key and another remote? If not you will need a locksmith that has the ford lock software or the dealer.

I agree. The little red LED flashing is indicating the immoblizer is armed and should go out when key is inserted. The pcm is not recognizing your key
